Meet Rac, a joyful and energetic Husky mix who's ready for adventure! Rac, whose name comes from his adorable raccoon-like markings, is a 62 lb bundle of happiness. He loves to play zoomies with his dog friends and engage in toy time with his people. Long walks and exploring new places are his jam, and while he's a little hesitant about getting into the car, he absolutely loves the rides once he's in! Rac can be a bit shy at first, but with a little patience and love, he blossoms into a devoted best friend. He was rescued from a harsh winter freeze and has since received training to help him transition to indoor living, doing wonderfully in his current foster home with his dog siblings. Rac is too spirited for kitties, but he's a sweet boy who adores attention.

We coordinate with third-party ground transport services that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states. Adopters can track the transport van using the Life360 app and will receive updates along the way.
