Longfellow

Meet Longfellow! This sweet 6-month-old mixed breed, weighing around 35 pounds, is known as the "little chicken noodle boy" by his foster family because he just loves to be close to his people. Longfellow is incredibly affectionate and would be thrilled to spend his days snuggling up with you. He also loves having canine friends around and is a respectful and cat-friendly companion, not bothering kitties at all. Longfellow was a bit skinny when he arrived, so he's enjoying three meals a day to help him fill out. His food motivation makes training a breeze, and he's doing wonderfully with potty training, with only a few minor accidents as he settles in.

Ideal Home

Longfellow would love a home where he can be close to his humans, and he'd be happiest with other doggy friends and dog-savvy cats to share his life with.

Ongoing Health

Longfellow is currently enjoying extra meals to help him gain weight. He is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

As a young pup, Longfellow is still learning his social skills and can sometimes get overly excited when meeting other dogs. With continued positive reinforcement and guidance, he's learning to respect boundaries and is making great progress!
