Rhysand (Red)

Hi there! I'm Rhysand, but you can call me Red. I'm a playful and loving puppy with a heart full of wags and a tail that never stops. My journey began a little rough, as I was one of six puppies born at a shelter. Thankfully, a wonderful foster family gave us the best start in life, bottle-feeding us around the clock. We're a unique blend of breeds – mostly Husky and Pit Bull, with a dash of German Shepherd, Caucasian Ovcharka, and a few other surprises! This means I'm a one-of-a-kind pup, full of personality and ready for anything.

Ideal Home

My dream home is one filled with love, patience, and plenty of opportunities for adventure. I love to explore and would do well in a home that can keep up with my energetic spirit. I'm already getting along with other dogs, children, and even a cat in my foster home, though the cat prefers to keep her distance for now. I'm happy to share my space and my humans with other furry friends and little humans!

Ongoing Health

I'm a healthy and happy pup! I've been well-cared for by my foster family and am ready to find my forever home.

Training & Support

I'm working on becoming a well-behaved pup! I'm still learning about potty training and what's okay to chew on, but I'm a very eager learner, especially with the help of tasty treats. My new family will be required to enroll me in a puppy training class to help me continue my education and grow into the best dog I can be. Please note, my foster family cannot promise that your socks will always stay put, but they can promise they'll never be lonely!

I can be found at Petco on July 18th between 11 am and 1 pm. I am eligible for transport to approved adopters.
