Maya

Maya is a sweet, affectionate 3-year-old German Shepherd with big, floppy ears and a charming personality. She’s loving and can be a bit shy when first meeting new people, but after a moment of sniffing and assessing, she's ready to play or go for a walk! Maya spent time around teenagers and has lived with dogs for most of her life, so she may do well with a canine companion.

Ideal Home

Maya would do well in a home with an active family or one that enjoys relaxing with their pups. Because she can be initially shy, a home with teenagers would be best. Maya is not a good fit for homes with cats.

Ongoing Health

Maya is healthy and has been spayed.

Training & Support

Maya is a smart girl who completed a 4-week training program when she was a little over a year old. She knows all of her commands and gets into a good groove on her daily walks after a minute of warming up.
