Senior savers program

The Senior Savers program is dedicated to providing loving homes for our cherished senior dogs. These wonderful companions, both male and female, are currently residing in foster homes within the local community. Hokies Hounds is committed to ensuring their ongoing care and well-being.

Ideal Home

These sweet seniors are looking for a comfortable and loving place to spend their golden years.

Ongoing Health

All dogs in this program require continued medical care, including monthly heartworm preventative. Many also benefit from ongoing medication, such as heart medication.

Training & Support

As senior dogs, they are likely to be well-established in their personalities and may have years of experience in a home. Patience and understanding will go a long way in helping them adjust.
