Michelle

Michelle is a 6-8 year old, 40 lb Cattle Dog mix with a heart of pure gold. She came to us from a kill shelter in Houston after her owners surrendered her and her sister. Michelle is a remarkably relaxed Cattle Dog who prefers cozy cuddles over intense activity, though she does enjoy walks and playtime. She's an old soul who will fill your life with love and comfort. Michelle is house-trained and not destructive, happily settling into her own bed for the night without needing a kennel. She gets along wonderfully with dogs and children and has a gentle, loving nature. Michelle is currently finishing her heartworm treatment and will be ready to travel to her new home in mid-August.

Ideal Home

Michelle would love a home with a plush donut bed and a comfy spot on the couch right next to you.

Ongoing Health

Michelle is finishing up her heartworm treatment. She is fully vaccinated, microchipped, spayed, and up-to-date on prevention.

Training & Support

Michelle is already house-trained and has proven to be non-destructive. She is a well-behaved girl who thrives on love and comfort.
