Meet Boyd, a delightful 6-year-old, 14 lb Chihuahua/Jack Russell Terrier mix. Boyd is a sweet boy who arrived with us as a stray from an overcrowded shelter. He's now dreaming of a calm, loving home where he can blossom into a devoted companion. Boyd can be a little shy and cautious when first meeting new people, but with a little time and patience, his sweet, gentle, and playful nature shines through. He loves going for walks, receiving attention, and being a part of a quiet household. Boyd forms close bonds with those he trusts and has a soft, loving spirit.

Ideal Home

Boyd would thrive in a calm and quiet home where he can feel secure. He would enjoy having a canine friend to keep him company, but he could also be a happy solo pup with enough attention from his people.

Boyd is up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered.

Training & Support

Boyd is not house-trained. He is looking for adopters who will give him the patience he needs to settle in and build confidence at his own pace.
