Travis

Meet Travis! He's a handsome Golden Retriever mix, around 8-10 years old and weighing 42 lbs. Travis is a truly special boy who has been patiently waiting for his forever family for nearly two years. He's a gentle, soulful dog who, despite a past in a hoarding situation, is incredibly affectionate and loving. He doesn't ask for much – just a cozy spot to relax, someone to be near, and a safe, loving home. Travis has been overlooked because he's a senior and doesn't do well with crating, as he's spent much of his life confined. He's looking for a home where he can finally feel secure and cherished.

Ideal Home

Travis needs a one-story home as he cannot climb stairs. He thrives when someone is around often, making him a perfect companion for retirees or those who work from home. He's also great with cats!

Ongoing Health

Travis has made great progress with separation anxiety, but benefits from consistent companionship.

Training & Support

Travis is potty-trained and rarely barks. He enjoys walks, belly rubs, and snuggles.
