Arlo

Meet Arlo! Arlo is a 2-year-old bundle of energy and curiosity. He's a mixed breed, with American Staffordshire and Beagle making up his biggest genetic contributions. Pulled from the county shelter as a puppy, Arlo is incredibly grateful for his second chance and shows it with his joyful exuberance. He's fascinated by the world around him and loves to explore, and is also quite entertained by television, often snuggling with his foster family to watch shows. While he can be a little timid when meeting new people, he warms up with a little patience and the help of tasty treats.

Ideal Home

Arlo thrives on activity! A home that enjoys long walks, has a securely fenced yard, or is willing to provide him with daycare would be perfect. He's not recommended for homes with young children.

Training & Support

Arlo is a smart cookie and very food-driven, making him eager to learn. He's working on his basic commands and would likely excel at learning even more tricks. He gets along well with other dogs, though he'll playfully test the pecking order. He's also lived with cats and did well, but they should be tolerant of his playful nature.
