Freckles, wiggles, and a happy little hop in her step – that's Pippi Longstocking! This petite, bright-eyed girl is full of spunky sweetness and moves through life like it's a playground she's just discovered. Estimated to be about 2 years old and weighing 37 lbs, Pippi is a happy, medium-sized dog with energy to spare and a heart that is wide open. She has great leash manners and responds nicely to correction, often bursting with giddy enthusiasm and wiggles when she receives affection – think of her as a confetti cannon of joy!
Ideal Home
Pippi would thrive with an active family who enjoys movement, play, and a dog who greets each day like a celebration. Her playful energy is bold, so she'd do best with confident dogs who can set boundaries. She's not the best fit for a dog that is a pushover or lacks the confidence to advocate for themselves. While her response to cats was mixed and inconclusive, we'd love to see her in a home setting with a cat or two to get a full understanding of her approach to feline friends.
Ongoing Health
Pippi is up-to-date on all her vetting, including DAPP vaccinations, Bordetella, Rabies, broad-spectrum deworming, and a heartworm preventative injection. She has also been spayed and microchipped.
Training & Support
Pippi responds well to structure and clear boundaries. She walks into her crate without fuss, which is a big win! With a little guidance and structure to channel her happy sparkle, she will thrive.
