Jack

Jack is a handsome Husky mix with a heart full of love! His previous person was deployed and unable to care for him, so we stepped in to help him find his forever family. Jack is a happy-go-lucky guy who still enjoys a good romp in the yard and a game of fetch, though he sometimes prefers to keep his treasures! He's a true people-lover and greets everyone with enthusiasm, quickly making new friends.

Ideal Home

Jack would thrive in a home that can offer him plenty of attention and playtime. He has done well with middle-aged children, but has not been tested with infants or toddlers. We are unsure how he would do with cats or other small animals.

Ongoing Health

Jack is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccines. He has tested negative for heartworm and is on prevention. Your veterinarian may recommend additional vaccines and a Lyme vaccine. It is required that all adopted pets be current on vaccinations and on heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Jack is crate trained and house trained, with good house manners. He enjoys playing fetch, but sometimes likes to keep the toy to himself instead of bringing it back.
