Rocky is a 2-year-old bundle of love who has already experienced more hardship than any dog should. Found abandoned in the Texas heat, trapped in a cage on an apartment balcony with only a Chihuahua for company, Rocky's early life was one of loneliness and neglect. Despite his past, his heart remains incredibly full of love and a hopeful spirit. Now safe at the sanctuary, Rocky has blossomed, discovering the joy of living freely, being part of a pack, and soaking up every bit of attention. He greets everyone with enthusiasm and trust, eagerly awaiting his forever family. It's heartbreaking that this wonderful dog has been overlooked time and time again. Rocky is ready and deserving of a loving home where he will never be left behind again.
