Dora is a delightful 5-year-old, 95-pound Great Dane who is experiencing the joys of life for the first time. She's a gentle soul who loves belly rubs and the occasional scrambled egg. While new experiences can sometimes be a bit startling, Dora is a natural on a leash and greets everyone, including children, with a wagging tail and a kind heart.

Ideal Home

Dora is seeking a patient and understanding home where she can continue to build her confidence. Due to her high prey drive and the fact that she's still learning her own strength, she needs a home without cats or other small animals. She can be a little reactive around other dogs, so she would do best with an experienced adopter who can help her navigate introductions slowly and thoughtfully.
