Zuzu

Zuzu is a delightful three-year-old Border Collie mix (best guess!) who's back with us and looking for a new foster or forever family. She was adopted as a puppy, but sadly her previous family's situation changed. Zuzu is a smart cookie who's already house trained, leash trained, and crate trained, and she knows some basic commands. She absolutely loves other dogs and even enjoyed doggie daycare in the past! However, she can play a bit rough and tumble, so she might do best with dogs who can handle that or in a home without smaller, more sensitive canine companions. Zuzu is also protective of her people and home, which means she'd thrive in a dog-savvy, quieter adult-only environment. She's dreaming of a family that can provide her with structure, plenty of daily exercise, exciting daytime adventures, cozy nighttime cuddles, and help her build confidence around new human strangers.

Ideal Home

Zuzu would do best in a dog-savvy, quieter adult-only home where she can receive structure and confidence. She enjoys playing with dogs but may be too rough for smaller or sensitive dogs.

Ongoing Health

Zuzu is spayed and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Zuzu is house trained, leash trained, crate trained, and knows basic commands. She can be protective of her people and home and may need support building confidence around new human strangers.
