He's also a certified snuggle bug, always ready for a good cuddle and some belly rubs. Bart is a smarty-pants who is motivated by treats, and he enjoys learning new tricks and showing off his skills. He's already house and crate trained and would love a family that can provide him with lots of love and guidance to help him grow into the best boy he can be!
