Ember Honey The Ruby Eyed Sweetheart

Ember Honey has the kind of face that stops people in their tracks, with gorgeous ruby-colored eyes and big floppy ears that make her look both wise and completely adorable. She has an easygoing personality and a presence that makes life feel a little nicer. Ember Honey is the type of dog who simply enjoys being part of your day, happy to keep you company and quietly settle in beside you while you go about your routine. She has a steady, companion-type energy that makes her a comforting and wonderful dog to share life with.

Ideal Home

Ember would likely do best with another easygoing dog who has a similarly relaxed personality and appreciates a laid-back lifestyle. She also absolutely loves people and would be perfectly happy soaking up all the attention as your one-and-only little princess. Ember could do beautifully in a home with a backyard where she can sniff around and enjoy the sunshine, but she could also thrive in a condo or apartment with regular walks and quality time with her people. We have not yet seen Ember interact with young children, but we would be happy to test that for you.

Ongoing Health

Ember Honey is believed to be approximately 2 years old and currently weighs 47 lbs. As with any rescue, breed and age cannot be guaranteed.

Training & Support

Ember loves treats and is eager to please. She already knows how to sit, give paw, down, walks nicely on a leash, and is comfortable in her crate. She has wonderful house manners.

Transporation

Ember is located in Houston, Texas. Transport is available nationwide through our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Drop off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). A $87 surcharge applies for transportation. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
