Meet Rosco, a handsome Siberian Husky mix with a heart full of excitement and happiness! This incredibly silly pup is guaranteed to keep you laughing with his energetic antics. When he's out of his kennel, Rosco loves to jump for joy, spin, twirl, and zoom around. He was likely a pup that grew up on a tie-out leash outside and hasn't had much training or socialization, but he absolutely adores people and attention and is eager to spend time with his human besties. This smart boy already knows a few things, including "sit," "down," and "come."
Ideal Home
Rosco needs a home that understands his Husky nature, which includes being very vocal and "singing songs." He can be a little nervous and unsure when introduced to other dogs, and while he coexisted with some, higher-energy pups were a bit much for him. He may become more playful with dogs in a comfortable setting, but it will require very slow, monitored introductions. He also seems to want to guard his prized toys from other dog friends. Rosco cannot live with cats. He requires a home with older children due to his lack of manners and would prefer a home with a physically fenced yard.
Ongoing Health
Rosco's adoption fee includes his neuter, vaccinations, deworming, microchip, heartworm testing, and a free wellness exam.
Training & Support
Rosco needs some work with basic manners and training, as he tends to jump up and can be mouthy when excited. Positive reinforcement and consistent guidance will be key to his success.
