Luna

Meet Luna, a loving 4.5-year-old Great Dane fostered in Pensacola, Florida. She is affectionate, trusting, devoted to people, comfortable in busy environments and crowds, and happiest close to her family.

Luna has spent time with six dogs and gotten along wonderfully with all of them. Her compatibility with cats is unknown. She is house-trained, uses a doggie door, walks nicely on leash, and loves relaxing on the couch. Squirrels may inspire her to chase, so she needs a handler who can maintain control on walks. Luna is also clever enough to open latch-style door handles and unlatch chain-link gates, though she generally stays where she belongs.

Ideal Home

Luna would thrive with a family that enjoys a devoted companion and plenty of couch time. She loves being with her people and is comfortable accompanying them in busy settings.
