Hi there! My name is Romeo, and just like my name suggests, I'm a total sweetheart. I'm incredibly affectionate and loyal, and I love nothing more than being close to my people. I have a great balance of energy. I enjoy being active and playful, but I'm also a big fan of lounging around and taking naps. I bond deeply with my family and can be protective of the people I love, so I do best in a lower-traffic home without a lot of new people coming in and out. Because of this, I'd thrive with experienced adopters who understand structure, boundaries, and slow introductions. While I can do well with older kids, a quieter home environment would be the best fit for me. I'm a smart, loving, loyal young dog who's ready to find my perfect forever family.

Training & Support
I'm already potty trained, crate trained, and I'm doing awesome with my commands after graduating from a board and train program. I bond deeply with my family and can be protective, so continued guidance in building on my training and practicing slow introductions is encouraged.
Application Details:
- Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
- Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue.
- The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport.
- The adoption interview and meet-and-greet may occur in person or via video call.
- Adoption fee: $250, which includes current vaccinations, deworming, microchip with lifetime registration, neuter, heartworm test, and current flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
Transporation
I am currently being fostered in Texas but am available for adoption and transport out of state.
