Meet Teddy! This sweet Australian Shepherd/Cattle Dog mix is a true survivor, rescued just hours away from euthanasia along with his five siblings and their brave mama, Liberty. Born around the Fourth of July, Teddy carries a patriotic name for his second chance at life.
At just 4 weeks old, Teddy is a tiny bundle of joy, but he's growing stronger every day in his foster home. He's full of puppy energy, enjoying wobbly steps, playful tumbles, and cozy naps with his siblings. Teddy is a curious, affectionate pup who loves to be close to his people, already showing a gentle and loving nature inherited from his mama. While he didn't have the easiest start, he's now thriving with love, good food, and gentle hands, learning what it means to be cherished.
Ideal Home
Teddy will need a family ready for all the fun and work that comes with raising a puppy. He'll thrive with a family committed to giving him plenty of exercise, enrichment, training, and love.
Ongoing Health
Teddy will be ready to travel to his forever family in approximately 45 weeks, after he receives his second round of puppy vaccines.
Training & Support
Teddy will need help with crate training, house training, leash walking, socialization, and all the puppy basics. With patience, consistency, and lots of positive reinforcement, he has all the potential to grow into an amazing lifelong companion.
