Neela is a graceful, six-year-old American Pitbull Terrier with a calm, loving nature and soulful eyes. Wrapped in a beautiful blue and tan coat with snowy white accents, this 75-pound gentle giant is the ultimate best friend! She is mature, affectionate, and deeply bonded to her humans. Her favorite activity is simply being by your side, whether it's a quiet evening on the couch or a joy-filled car ride. Neela is happiest when she's sharing her time with her people! She has a solid foundation of house manners and knows a full repertoire of commands like sit, stay, come, down, wait, and "go to bed." Crate-trained but usually free to roam at home, she snoozes throughout the day and follows a predictable routine that includes morning yard time, an evening walk, and a 10 p.m. bedtime. While she has been known to indulge in a little counter surfing now and then, her overall demeanor is calm, respectful, and steady.
Ideal Home
Neela thrives with consistent companionship, making her especially compatible with people who work from home or have flexible schedules. She is great with kids aged six and up. While she's not aggressive, she has confidently set boundaries when another dog crossed her comfort line, so she values her personal space. She hasn't had much experience with cats, so a slow introduction would be wise if one is in the picture.
Ongoing Health
Neela is in excellent health. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and house-trained. She has overcome earlier anxiety to become a secure and trusting companion.
