Alder

Alder is a handsome 3-year-old Pyr who came to us from TX. He is a shy but friendly gentleman who craves affection and attention. Alder seems interested in playing with other dogs but is unsure, so a home with a calmer, playful dog would be beneficial. He is a bit protective of his food, so he'll need to be fed separately from other dogs. Alder doesn't seem to mind cats and would likely do well in a home with kids beyond the screeching years. A fenced yard would be ideal, but he walks well on a leash, making a home without one acceptable as long as you're committed to regular walks.
