Bruno is a big, handsome stud muffin ready for adoption! He was found with his sister, Coco, who is also available for adoption, on the back roads of south Texas. They were likely dumped as there were no houses or people for miles, and they were only 3 months old at the time. Bruno and Coco are estimated to be born around October 2025 and have been in foster care since they were puppies. Bruno currently weighs 55 lbs, and his sister Coco weighs 46 lbs. Both are currently being fostered in a sanctuary in south Texas until their forever homes are found.
Bruno's favorite things include being around humans and his sister, Coco. He absolutely LOVES ropes and playing fetch. He's a medium-energy dog who definitely gets the zoomies! Bruno enjoys cuddling but also loves to play and is happiest when he's right next to his humans, attached at the hip if he could be. He is crate trained and very food and treat motivated.
Ideal Home
Bruno would thrive in a home that is more active than not, as he is still young and can be quite energetic. A perfect day for Bruno would involve swimming, lounging by a pool, or just running and playing.
Ongoing Health
Bruno is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, and dewormed. He has received a 30-day course of antibiotics for heartworm and will need to remain on heartworm prevention for 12-16 months and be retested afterward. He will receive a clean bill of health from a licensed veterinarian prior to transport.
Training & Support
Bruno is amazing and very loving, but he does need patience with his training.
