Meet Gailbert, a playful, smart, and loving pup who's eager to learn and even more eager to love! He's got that classic puppy enthusiasm, but he's already showing he's a quick study with a big heart. At first, Gailbert thought the leash was a toy, but once it was on, he pulled excitedly toward the yard, ready for some outdoor fun! He started out a little jumpy and mouthy, but with just a few verbal corrections, he quickly settled down and became incredibly affectionate. In the play yard, he pottied right away, then had a blast running around and chasing toys. As he burned off that puppy energy, his sweet side started shining through, laying his head in a lap, coming over for pets, and always checking in to make sure you're still nearby. One of his favorite moments was cooling off in the baby pool, splashing around, kicking water, and taking refreshing sips. He was also calm and friendly around other dogs, wagging his tail and walking calmly past one with no reaction. Gailbert is a bright, loving boy who's already showing he's eager to learn and grow into the best version of himself. With a little structure and a lot of love, he's going to make someone a truly wonderful companion.
