James

James is a handsome Shepherd mix weighing about 80 lbs. This sweet boy has been waiting far too long for someone to give him the chance he deserves. James is graduating from the Colorado Prison Training Program tomorrow, where he has mastered all the skills you'd want in a canine companion. His training includes polite leash walking, sit, stay, down, down-stay, reliable recall, sitting politely to greet people and go through doorways, crate training, house training, and fun commands like shake and roll over!

Ideal Home

James is fantastic with kids of all ages, even the little ones! He is dog-friendly but would do best in a home without small dogs or unaltered dogs.

Ongoing Health

James is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Training & Support

James has completed a professional training program and has mastered a variety of commands and good manners. He is house-trained and crate-trained.
