Bonzo Wigglebutt

Bonzo is a 2.5-month-old German Shepherd mix with a classic black and tan coat and a sweet disposition. While he might be a little shy at first, his true affectionate and loving personality shines through once he feels safe. He enjoys playing with his siblings and learns well by following their lead, showing his adaptability and eagerness to please. Bonzo also has a nurturing side and enjoys cuddling once he trusts you, becoming a total snuggle bug. He is currently living with his siblings and a larger German Shepherd, and he does well in this environment, gaining confidence by observing the other dogs. He has settled into a consistent routine including regular feeding, playtime, kennel time, and sleeping through the night. Bonzo is a thoughtful and affectionate companion who will blossom with love and quiet loyalty.

Ongoing Health

Bonzo is up to date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month heartworm preventative injection. He has also been heartworm tested.

Training & Support

Bonzo is working on his confidence and will benefit from continued patience and consistency. He is crate trained and working on potty training and leash walking.

Transporation

Bonzo is located in Texas and can be transported to various drop-off locations across the US and Canada. Specific locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada (with pick-up options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
