Tilly

Tilly is a sweet female Yorkshire Terrier mix, estimated to be a senior. She was rescued from a backyard breeder along with 13 other dogs, where they lived outdoors in difficult conditions. Despite her past, Tilly is friendly with other dogs and affectionate with people. She is learning the basics of home living, including potty training and leash walking, and needs a patient and understanding adopter to help her gain confidence and learn what it means to be part of a family.

Tilly would thrive in a home where she can continue to learn and grow with patient and loving guidance.

Ongoing Health

Tilly is heartworm positive and will require treatment. She has received a wellness visit and is up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations. The adoption fee covers spay/neuter surgery, microchip, and vetting.

Training & Support

Tilly is still learning potty training and how to walk on a leash. She will benefit from continued socialization and positive reinforcement to build her confidence.
