Meet Brownie!
Brownie is a loyal, fun-loving dog who has worked hard to be her best self. This beautiful Lab / Rottweiler mix has the cutest ear flip, soulful eyes, and a personality that will keep you smiling every day. She's an active, happy dog who loves being part of whatever you're doing, whether that's chasing a ball, going for a car ride, or splashing around with her favorite toys. She has a great balance of playful energy and affection, and once she bonds with you, she'll be your constant companion. Brownie recently completed a board and train program where she worked on her manners, structure, and confidence. She knows her basics and thrives with clear guidance and consistency. Like many Lab / Rottweiler mixes, Brownie is naturally alert and protective of her home and people. She can be vocal when something catches her attention, but this is very typical of her breed mix and improves with routine, structure, and proper introductions.
Ideal Home
Brownie would do best in a lower-traffic home with a calm, structured environment where she can settle in and feel secure. She forms strong bonds with her people and will be incredibly devoted to her family once she trusts you. Brownie does best with slow introductions to other dogs and benefits from an adopter who understands confident, active breeds.
Ongoing Health
All standard veterinary care, including vaccinations, deworming, microchip, and heartworm test (if over 6 months old), is up to date. She is current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, and a health certificate is issued within 10 days of transport.
Training & Support
Brownie has completed a board and train program and knows her basics. She thrives with clear guidance and consistency, and her adopter should be committed to continuing her training to help her continue to grow and succeed in a home environment. Her vocalness when alerted can improve with routine, structure, and proper introductions.

Transporation
Brownie is currently fostered in Texas. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport.
