Tofu is a handsome 7-year-old Australian Cattle Dog with a blue mottled coat and a loyal heart. This 49-pound companion forms deep bonds with the people he trusts. Tofu is a sensitive and intelligent boy who thrives in a calm, predictable, and secure environment. Once he trusts you, he loves to be close to his favorite humans, whether that's on the couch, in the garden, or on an outdoor adventure!

Ideal Home

Tofu is looking for a calm, adult-only home with experienced pet parents who understand anxious or reactive dogs and are committed to positive reinforcement. He is not comfortable around children and should live in a home without them. Tofu can also be cautious around unfamiliar people and prefers slow, structured introductions. He has had fear-based nip incidents when strangers have attempted to make direct eye contact or pet him before he felt comfortable, but he consistently gives warning signs.
