Lane Boots is an absolute sweetheart, ready to bring endless snuggles and loyal companionship into your life! This girl is a professional couch cuddler and will happily spend her days enjoying belly rubs and ear scratches with you. She's about 2 years old and weighs around 50 pounds, with striking heterochromatic eyes – one blue and one brown – that are sure to capture your heart. Lane is a friendly and warm lovebug who adores everyone she meets, especially children. She's a well-mannered girl who is easy on leash and enjoys walks and exploring the world with her nose. Lane is food and affection motivated, making her eager to learn. She already knows "sit" and is working on "lay down" and "roll over," showing off her quick learning abilities.

Ideal Home

Lane would thrive in an active household where she can be a cherished part of a big family or extended friend group. She absolutely adores kids and would love nothing more than to be a family dog, joining in on movie nights or game nights. A home with a yard for sunbathing would be a bonus, but ample couch space is a must – it's her favorite spot! While Lane is cat tolerant, she finds kitties very interesting, so a home without cats is likely best. She does well with calmer, stable dog siblings and enjoys the company of smaller dogs.

Ongoing Health

Lane is a healthy girl with no specific health conditions mentioned. She is spayed and up-to-date on all vaccinations, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, and Rabies. She has received multiple deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month heartworm preventative injection. She has also been tested for heartworm.

Training & Support

An additional $87 surcharge applies for transport due to rising fuel costs.
You will have a video call with your new pup before signing paperwork.

Lane is currently in Texas. Transport is available across the US to WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, and Canada. Canadian adopters will need to pick up in Bellingham, WA or Brattleboro, VT. All transport is handled by our USDA licensed vehicles with 24/7 care. Adoptions within Texas must be picked up from Friendswood, TX.
