About Ringo

Meet Ringo, a heartwarming 4-year-old Lab mix weighing in at 49 lbs. Ringo is an unforgettable pup with his adorable bobbed tail that's always wagging, his unique one-eyed smile, and an endlessly happy personality. He's the kind of dog who leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets. Ringo's past hasn't always been easy, but he refuses to let it define him. Despite everything, he adores people of all ages and is happiest when he's by your side, soaking up attention. He enjoys walks, already knows "sit," and is eager to spend time with his favorite humans. He's affectionate, loyal, and possesses a goofy charm that brightens every day. Shelter life has been incredibly difficult for Ringo; the constant noise and activity overwhelm him, causing him to cry and bark in his kennel as he longs for companionship.

Ideal Home

Ringo would thrive in a home where he can finally relax and feel secure. Given his past experiences, he may do best as the only pet, or with very slow and thoughtful introductions to another calm dog. His compatibility with cats is currently unknown.

Ongoing Health

Ringo is neutered, heartworm tested, dewormed, up-to-date on prevention medications, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccines, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Ringo can be reactive to other dogs while on leash, which is understandable given he was previously attacked by other dogs. Patience and understanding will be key in helping him feel more comfortable.
