Panchita is a 2-3 year old, 33lb female Creole mix with a heart full of love to give! She's incredibly sweet, intelligent, and eager to please, always sporting a smile. Panchita is a social butterfly, getting along wonderfully with humans, children, and other dogs. She loves to play, go for walks, and shower her favorite people with affection. Her playful, joyful, and funny personality will surely bring endless smiles to your home. Panchita is also crate and leash trained. She was rescued after being found with her 7 puppies, having been let to roam freely by previous owners.
Ideal Home
Panchita would thrive in a home with owners who have a fenced backyard and an active lifestyle, enjoying outdoor activities. She needs a family with an open conscience about the needs of rescued animals and a willingness to provide protection and education. Experience with dog behavior and training is a plus, as is high tolerance and patience for a rescued pup. Please note, Panchita is not house trained.
Ongoing Health
Panchita has been spayed, microchipped, and is up-to-date on her vaccinations, including DHPPI, Rabies, and Bordetella. She has been dewormed and tested negative for heartworm. She receives monthly preventative treatment for fleas, ticks, and heartworm (Nexgard Spectra). She comes with a health certificate and vaccination booklet.
Training & Support
While Panchita is crate and leash trained, she is not house trained. Adopters should be prepared to work on house training and understand that rescued animals may require extra patience and guidance.

- A home check (virtual or in-person) will be conducted.
- A virtual meet-and-greet will be arranged to meet Panchita and all family members.
- A trial adoption period will be provided, with ongoing communication encouraged.
- The adoption fee is finalized prior to transport and includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, deworming, a month of preventative treatment, and a health certificate.
Transportation
Panchita is currently fostered in Saltillo, Mexico, and is ready to travel to the East Coast on our next cross-country trip. Transport to the adopter's home address is available for a fee of $400.00, which is paid by the adopter prior to departure.
