Meet Kennedy! This sweet, curious, and affectionate Australian Shepherd/Cattle Dog mix puppy is about to embark on her journey to find her forever family. Kennedy and her five siblings were rescued from a dire situation and given a second chance at life, each named patriotically to celebrate their newfound hope. Her brave mama, Liberty, a 45-pound cattle dog mix, has been an incredible mother, and Kennedy has clearly inherited her gentle and loving nature.

At just four weeks old, Kennedy is a tiny bundle of joy, exploring the world with wobbly steps and playful tumbles. She loves snuggling with her siblings after a busy day and is already showing a deep affection for her people. While she's still a baby and will need time to grow and mature, she has all the potential to become an amazing lifelong companion.

Ideal Home

Kennedy will thrive in a home ready for the fun and commitment of raising a puppy. She'll need a family dedicated to providing plenty of exercise, enrichment, training, and, most importantly, love.

Ongoing Health

Kennedy will receive her second round of puppy vaccines before traveling to her forever home.

Training & Support

As a young puppy, Kennedy will need guidance with crate training, house training, leash walking, and socialization. With patience, consistency, and positive reinforcement, she'll blossom into a well-adjusted companion.

Kennedy is currently being fostered in Houston, Texas. She will be available for adoption in many locations across the country once she is old enough to travel, and transport is included in the adoption fee.
