Star

Star is a truly special girl who has overcome so much! When she came to us, she had a gunshot wound through her jaw and ear and was in a lot of pain. After surgery to remove the bullets, her tongue now permanently hangs out, but don't worry, it doesn't affect her ability to eat! We think this unique feature makes her even more special. Star is a sweet baby who deserves a loving home after everything she's been through. She can't help what happened to her, and all she wants is love. She's a sweet girl who loves to ride in the car and is extremely smart!

Ideal Home

Star would love a home where she can get all the belly rubs she deserves! She loves dogs and children and enjoys rolling over for a good tummy scratch.

Ongoing Health

Star had surgery to remove bullets from her jaw and ear. Her tongue permanently hangs out, which does not affect her eating.

Training & Support

Star knows the "sit" command and is very smart! She is not yet house-trained.

Star is located at Furry Angel Friends Animal Rescue in Raymond, MS. We can arrange transport to approved adopters within a reasonable distance.
