Kate 1018

Kate is a sweet and innocent adult female dog, weighing between sixty and ninety-nine pounds. She was rescued by Big Dog Ranch from a dire situation in North Alabama where her previous owner was hospitalized. Our team acted quickly to rescue her and 28 other dogs, a process that took nearly seven hours. Many of the dogs, including Kate, were scared and confused, but never aggressive.

Now safe at Big Dog Ranch, Kate is receiving much-needed medical care, nutritious meals, and plenty of love. She's learning to trust our staff and discovering that gentle pets and kind voices are a good thing. She's also learning how to walk on a leash for the first time, showing her willingness to adapt and grow. Kate is ready to start her next chapter in a loving forever home and share all the joy she's been waiting to give.

Kate is receiving all necessary medical care and is up-to-date on vaccinations. She has been spayed and is in good health.
