Terrie is a 2-year-old German Shepherd mix with a big heart and an even bigger dream: finding a family who will give him the time, patience, and understanding he needs to feel safe and loved. Life has taught him that big changes can be a little scary, so when he moves into a new home, he may need some time to settle in and figure things out. The good news? Once he knows he can trust you, he'll be your loyal companion for life. Terrie is a loving, devoted friend who's just waiting for the right person to call his own.

Ideal Home

Terrie is looking for a home with older children, preferably 16 and up, who understand that adjusting to a new environment isn't always easy. A calm, patient family that will let him go at his own pace will help him shine into the wonderful dog he knows he can be. One thing on his wish list is a big backyard. He can already picture himself stretching out in a shady spot for an afternoon nap before getting up for a few joyful zoomies around the yard. Having space to run, play, and relax would make him one very happy pup.
