Suzie

Suzie is a sweet 5-year-old Chi-Weenie mix who was a stray for almost two years, evading capture due to her fearfulness. She has made incredible progress and is now ready for a loving and safe furever home. Suzie is still getting used to a leash, but she walks well as long as there are no loud noises. With patience and time, she is healing emotionally and blossoming into a more confident dog. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs, but she needs time and gentle introductions to trust new humans. Suzie loves soaking up the sun and will need a fenced yard to enjoy her outdoor time safely.

Ideal Home

Suzie would thrive in a home that understands her past and can offer her the patience and time she needs to continue to build trust. A fenced yard is a must for her to safely enjoy her love for the outdoors.

Suzie is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Suzie is still adjusting to leash walking and can be sensitive to loud noises. She needs a patient approach to building trust with new people.
