Vanna

Meet Vanna, an approximately 4-year-old German Shepherd mix with a heart as big as her personality! Vanna is a devoted "velcro dog" who thrives on companionship and wants nothing more than to be by your side. She's playful, affectionate, and loves to fetch and go for walks, making her an enthusiastic partner for any adventure. Vanna is a fantastic traveler, being great in the car, and at home, she's trusted to roam freely, content as long as she's near her people.

Ideal Home

Vanna would do best in an active home where she can join in on your adventures. She is looking for a home where she can be the only dog, though she may do well with very large (90lbs+) and well-matched canine companions with careful introductions and management of resources. She is good with dog-savvy cats. Vanna is reserved with strangers but warms up with time and might do well with older children (12+) who can respect her boundaries.

Ongoing Health

Vanna is spayed and vaccinated. She is working through some challenges related to past trauma.

Training & Support

Vanna has some resource guarding issues with food, toys, and people, and will need continued support with leash manners and potty training, as she does have occasional accidents. She is crate trained and eager to learn with patience and consistency.
