Charlie

Charlie is a 100 lb. hunk of love who was rescued from a Los Angeles shelter on his last day before being euthanized, along with his friend Rebecca. He's currently in a foster home on a ranch in Ramona, CA. Charlie gets anxious when he's left alone in the garage and thrives when he's with his people. He's great with kids and likes other dogs, but he does not like horses. While he's always up for an adventure, he has some starting arthritis (estimated age 6 years) that he's on medication for, so he's not suited for an active jogging lifestyle. He would love a home where he can hang out with his human, and maybe even accompany them to work. His friend Rebecca, a female fawn pittie, is still with him, but they can be separated. Charlie is an awesome companion who will bring a lot of joy to the right person.

Ideal Home

Charlie would love a home where he can be with his people as much as possible. He is great with children and likes other dogs, but he does not like horses.

Ongoing Health

Charlie is estimated to be about 6 years old and has some starting arthritis for which he is on medication.

Training & Support

Charlie can get anxious when left alone in enclosed spaces like a garage. He is happiest when he is with his people.
