Colter is a charming 15-week-old neutered male puppy, a delightful mix with Border Collie in his lineage. He arrived with his siblings, Connor and Chloe, from a high-kill shelter downstate. Colter is a bright young pup, and he and his siblings have already mastered house-training in their short time with us!
