Queenie

Queenie is a gorgeous, 6-year-old, 62-pound pit mix who is just a giant baby in disguise! She is full of energy and loves to play! She has no knowledge of personal space and just wants to be on top of you and in your face. She loves to greet you with her sweet face and wagging tail. She would make an excellent companion and cuddle buddy! Queenie has been with us for over 3.5 years waiting for her forever family. The shelter staff adore Queenie; she is such a wonderful girl who has been overlooked for quite a while. Queenie can be a little timid at first, but once she meets you, she is a lovebug and a goofball! Her favorite toys are giant rope toys and hard chew bones. She loves to run in our fenced outdoor pens and enjoys a good walk with her favorite people.

Ideal Home

Queenie would do best in a home without other dogs or cats. She would also do best with no young children.

Ongoing Health

Queenie is on a Hydrolyzed diet for allergies. She also receives Apoquel daily and Cytopoint injections.

Training & Support

Queenie is still learning about personal space and can be a bit overwhelming in her affection, but she is a quick learner and eager to please!
