Velma

Velma is a sweet 5-year-old female Chihuahua mix weighing around 11 pounds. She's a "sato," a dog from Puerto Rico, and is eager to explore the world with her own family. Velma is looking for a home where she can go on sniffy walks, enjoy park romps, and embark on many adventures. She would love to make new doggy friends and is eager to attend dog school to show off her smarts. More than anything, Velma desires a safe, loving, and permanent home where she can give her loyalty and love in return.

Ideal Home

Velma would do best with another resident dog or a family committed to her socialization. This could include regular walks with other dogs, visits to the dog park, or doggie daycare. We are happy to discuss integration techniques for homes with cats or children.

Ongoing Health

Velma is up to date on routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter.

Training & Support

Velma is working on her crate training. We cannot guarantee if she is housebroken, but we are dedicated to her socialization as she adjusts to a new environment.
