ANGUS-Big Puppy

Angus is a big, goofy puppy who's ready to remind you to play more and work less! He was found wandering near a local creek with his sire and brought to the Hico Animal Shelter. Now vetted and eager for a home, this Bullmastiff mix is waiting to meet his perfect family.

Ideal Home

Angus would do best in an active household with older children. He's too much for cats and while he's eager to play with other dogs, he's still learning how to manage his large size around them. A well-fenced yard is a must for this energetic pup.

Ongoing Health

Angus is neutered, up-to-date on all his vaccinations (including rabies and bordatella), and is heartworm negative. He is microchipped and on monthly preventatives for fleas, ticks, and heartworms.

Training & Support

As a puppy, Angus is still learning! He's working on leash walking and can be a bit chaotic, often chewing on the leash. He's also still developing his house-training skills. He enjoys car rides but needs to be properly restrained due to his size and exuberance.
