Meet Mila! This adorable 3-year-old Pitbull/Staffie mix is about 40lbs of pure love and energy. Mila is a people-oriented girl who adores attention and will happily shower you with affection and kisses. She's super curious and loves exploring, making her an excellent companion for outdoor adventures. Mila has been great with kids of all ages in her foster home, but we generally recommend homes with children over 10 or those who are dog-savvy. She also does well meeting other dogs and enjoys playtime, especially with larger pups who can match her energy.
Ideal Home
Mila would thrive in a moderately to very active home that has at least one other dog. She would love a family who wants an outdoorsy companion or a running partner. Homes with older children (10+) or dog-savvy kids are preferred. She also does best when her food is kept separate to ensure household harmony.
Ongoing Health
Mila is spayed and up to date on vaccinations.
Training & Support
Mila is young, smart, and very teachable, quickly picking up on new lessons! She hasn't been crate trained as she has free roam of the house with access to a doggy door. She has proven herself trustworthy when left unsupervised, as long as food isn't left out and trash cans are secured. Mila can sometimes jump on other dogs during play, so ongoing training and guidance will help her refine her social skills. She will benefit from a family who is patient and understanding as she adjusts to her new home.
