Rosco

This sweet boy, Roscoe, was found tied to a tree in the woods in rural Vermont. Luckily, his finder was a caring person who took him home and cared for him until a forever home could be found for Roscoe. He is believed to be an Australian Cattle Dog, between 2-4 years old. Roscoe loves to play and is great on a leash. He has been living with other dogs and has shown some food aggression or tries to be the alpha, which is common and typically calms down after neutering. We don't know how long he was in the woods, unable to fend for himself, so if his forever family has patience and can show him he is safe and allowed to be a happy doggy again, he will thrive. This poor boy has been through a lot in his short life and deserves a chance to know that not all humans are evil, that not all will abandon him, and that not all will hurt him.
