Duke

Duke is a handsome 6 1/2 year old German Shepherd x Husky Mix who had to leave his family when they moved into an apartment. This big transition was scary for him, but he found comfort in a new friend named Mayzee. We knew these two needed to stick together, because some challenges are easier to face with a buddy by your side. Duke has since blossomed into an absolute dream dog – a gentle giant with a steady, calm nature and a heart full of loyalty. He's affectionate, well-mannered, and truly eager to bond with his people. One of his most impressive skills is his excellent off-leash recall, a testament to his intelligence and the strong connection he forms with his handler.

Ideal Home

Duke would thrive in a loving home where he can continue to build his confidence and enjoy plenty of companionship. It would be wonderful if his best friend, Mayzee, could join him in his new home.

Ongoing Health

Duke is neutered and up-to-date on his Da2PP, rabies, and Bordetella vaccines. He is also microchipped.

Training & Support

Duke is already house-trained, quiet, and respectful of fences. He gets along wonderfully with all people, big and small, and other dogs. He also loves the water!
