Po is a healthy, happy, and loving two-and-a-half-year-old male standard poodle. He weighs about 58 pounds and is described as beautiful, goofy, and friendly. Po loves people and animals of all kinds, especially running around with other dogs. His groomer has stated he's one of the best-behaved dogs she works with, and he has a history of being welcomed back by all boarding and grooming facilities he's visited. Po has never shown aggressive tendencies and is described as submissive with other dogs. He loves laying in the sun, running in the snow, and playing with other dogs. Po has been a beloved dog for two years but due to family circumstances, his owners can no longer give him the time and attention he deserves. He is a great dog who will be someone's best friend and heart.

Ongoing Health

Po is neutered and has had a gastropexy (stomach tack) to reduce his risk of bloat. He has a sensitive stomach managed with a hydrolyzed protein prescription diet and an OTC probiotic. Training & Support

Po is a well-trained dog who knows a variety of commands including sit, down, come, wait, break, leave it, off, quiet, retrieve, up, place, kennel, paw, go potty, and go. He also knows heel and can be walked off-leash. He is food motivated and smart, making him easy to train further. He is potty trained and crate trained, does not destroy things, and doesn't make messes in the house. He has no instinct to run away and can be trusted outside on his own. He enjoys checking in on his person during walks and rarely barks, though he will notify you if someone is at the door unless told not to.
