Hi there! I'm Stella, a 67-pound sweetheart with a playful side that's finally getting its chance to shine. A few months ago, I arrived at the shelter with my eight puppies, all facing a grim fate. I was so thin that all my food went straight to my babies, but thankfully, a rescue saw our potential and saved us. Now, life is looking so much brighter, and I'm ready to tell my own story!
I absolutely love toys – if it squeaks, bounces, or can be carried around, I'm a fan! And if there's water nearby, you'll probably find me splashing around with a huge smile. I can be a little shy when meeting new people and might not run into your arms on day one, but please don't mistake my caution for a lack of love. Once I know I'm safe, I become incredibly affectionate and loyal, just wanting to be close to my people.
Ideal Home
I'd thrive in a home with a friendly canine companion who can show me that the world isn't such a scary place. With a buddy, my playful and silly personality will surely come bursting out!

I've already been through a lot, but I'm happy to report I'm currently in good health and ready for my forever home.
Training & Support
I may be a bit shy at first, so patience and understanding will go a long way. Having another dog around will help me build confidence and learn to be more outgoing.
