Meet Beatrix! This gorgeous 3-year-old micro bully mix is a true cuddle monster who loves long walks, sunbathing, and playing fetch. After an early life with difficult owners, she spent a year in a wonderful foster home learning to trust and acclimate to family life. Bea is well-trained with voice commands, crate trained, and house-trained. She's ready to trade her past for a bright future filled with love and good times!

Ideal Home

Beatrix thrives in a household without children. While she has learned to live well with two cats, she can be wary of strangers and overcorrect with dogs, so a home experienced with dogs who need a little extra patience would be ideal.

Ongoing Health

Beatrix has no known ongoing health conditions. She is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Beatrix is a quick learner and knows voice commands. She is also crate and house-trained. She is wary of strangers and may overcorrect with dogs and children, so continued socialization and positive reinforcement will help her feel secure and confident.

Transportation

Beatrix is currently located in South Carolina and is transported to the Northeast weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up their new companion. We offer local or virtual meet-and-greets once an application is on file.
