Ongoing Health
All pets have been exposed to kennel cough/respiratory illness in a kennel environment. Kennel cough is a virus and can spread even among vaccinated dogs. Pets are current on vaccinations, but illness can still be dormant. We share this information for full transparency, as immune responses vary. Gumdrop is vaccinated and neutered.
Training & Support
As a mixed breed, Gumdrop will benefit from continued proper socialization, consistency, and training to grow into an obedient and well-rounded family member.
Application Details:
- Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
- You will receive all the details for the sign-in sheet, event information, and the digital contract.
- A digital adoption contract will be completed on site if you decide to adopt.
- A valid form of photo ID is required for upload at the time of adoption.
- If approved, your pet goes home the same day.
- We do not place pets on hold or allow later pick-ups.
- It is the adopters responsibility to confirm pet approval with landlords, property management, HOAs, or roommates prior to adopting.
Transporation
Gumdrop is available for adoption at the Oviedo Mall, 1320 Oviedo Mall Blvd, Oviedo, FL 32765, during our adoption events on Fridays from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM and Saturdays from Noon-2:00 PM. Personal pets are not permitted inside the mall. Once a pet is adopted, the adopter must exit the mall immediately with their new pet. Do not use the food court entrance or exit. Parking is available at the Movie Theater entrance.
